Stories and songs at Singleton

St Nicholas Singleton were lucky enough to have Lee from the local Library come to visit on Thursday 21 July, 2016.

The babies from the Dreamers and Angels rooms had a wonderful time, sitting intrigued as Lee brought to life her stories, “Let’s make a noise”, “Let’s pretend” and “What are you?” The children also enjoyed dancing to Freeze-Wiggle and participating in the actions to numerous nursery rhymes as Lee sang and played along on her guitar.

Lee saved the best till last with her story time when she introduced to the children, ‘Colin the crocodile’ and ‘Mike the monkey’. The babies had a great time as Lee sang “Five cheeky monkeys” with Colin and Mike the stars of the show.
