Revised Enrolment Policy for Catholic Schools Maitland-Newcastle
In recent years the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle has received unprecedented demand for school entry across our Diocesan schools. This demand, combined with the desire to offer families a pathway for their children from Kindergarten through to Year 12, has led to the Diocese revising and adjusting the Enrolment Policy.

Transport for NSW funds a Road Safety Education Program that provides educational resources and professional development to teachers throughout NSW. As primary aged children are still developing an understanding of danger and safety it is important to help them develop skills to be safe pedestrians, passengers and riders.
Handing over hampers to help those in need this Christmas

DOING their part to help their community this Christmas, students at St Jospeh's Primary School, Kilaben Bay have been collecting non-perishable items for hampers.
In the last couple of weeks they have bagged cans of tin fruit and vegetables, packets of chips, biscuits and chocolate, pudding and long-life milk and custard.

2023 NSWCCC Blue Awards
On Monday 4 December, Mount Saint Joseph Catholic College Milperra hosted the 26th Blue Award Presentation which celebrates and recognises the best sporting achievements of Catholic Secondary students throughout NSW. The strong sporting talent from the Maitland-Newcastle Diocese was on show with 4 of our students receiving an award.
