Fr Stephen accompanied Monsignor Harry Entwistle, leader of the Ordinariate (or Diocese) for former Anglicans who have become Catholic, to which Fr Stephen belongs.
Pope Francis was presented with a copy of an icon of Our Lady of the Southern Cross written by central coast iconographer Michael Galovic.
Fr Stephen offers Mass at St Columban's Mayfield at 11.30am on the second Sunday of the month according to Divine Worship - the latest form of the Roman Rite which is approved specifically for use in the Ordinariate. All Catholics are welcome.
