St Paul’s shoots for the stars

The English faculty at St Paul’s Catholic College, Booragul, is once again putting its intuitive mind to work, creating experiential, interactive learning opportunities.

Year 9 students will take on production roles and create their own short film to enter into the St Paul’s Shoot Out competition.

This student-centred learning experience allows them to become active participants in the process of filmmaking, as they learn the individual components of the craft and the core skills of working collaboratively.

It’s an exciting experience for the students as they engage in problem solving and teamwork, and develop their leadership skills and confidence to boot.
