On Sunday 28 May, the official handing over of the governance and ministry of the Tenison Woods Education Centre (TWEC) by the Sisters of St Joseph to the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle took place. Many of the Sisters, friends of TWEC and members of the community participated.
Earlier this year my husband, Paul, and I moved from a small country parish to a larger parish with far greater numbers in the community. After initial trepidation and the passage of time, we are feeling more settled.

Anne Sheppard and Veronica McLoughlin did not meet until the beginning of this year, but they have quickly formed a close friendship, professionally and personally.
