We love St Nick’s Early Education!

You may have heard the jingle on TV, “We, we love St Nick’s. We really, really love St Nick’s”. This sentiment was certainly on display last Friday afternoon when over 100 people came to visit St Nicholas Early Education at Cardiff for an Open Day.

The purpose of the Open Day was to welcome families looking for quality, affordable care and education in the Lake Macquarie region to see what’s on offer at St Nick’s Cardiff, which recently commenced operation.

The Open Day, which ran from 3pm – 6pm on Friday 13 April, was a fun-filled afternoon for all the family. Oakvale Wildlife Park was on-site with an animal display that delighted the children (and adults). Everyone marvelled at the two-week old lambs and the colourful chickens.

Bubbles filled the playground, bright play-doh creations were designed and little faces were painted with caterpillars, buzzy bees and rainbows.

Guests were treated to a sausage sizzle and were able to tour the wonderful facilities and meet the educators.

Many visitors to St Nick’s commented on how long it took to convince their child that it was time to leave! It really was wonderful to see the children so engaged with the Centre. It is a joyful place for the children who attend and the educators who work there.

Why do people love St Nick’s?

If you were unable to make it to the Open Day you can call Centre Director, Dianna Hughes, anytime on 4944 0750 and book a tour. The Centre has places for 84 children and there are vacancies.
