The readings were Acts 5:12-16; Apocalypse 1:9-13, 17-19; John 20:19-31.

"Thomas needs Jesus to reveal himself to Thomas in a particular way; Jesus does this, and allows Thomas to profess faith. We have had Jesus revealed to us down through the generations because of what others have believed in - and we are called to continue that to future generations."
