“The award is recognition of the exceptional work happening around wellbeing in the Upper Hunter,” said Where There is a Will Chairman Scott Shann. “Congratulations to St Mary’s Primary School Principal Kim Wilson for the leadership you are showing in this space, this award is well deserved”.
Where There is a Will works with schools and the community to improve mental health and wellbeing in the Upper Hunter Valley.
The Upper Hunter schools and teachers should be commended for everything they do to include wellbeing in daily school life, with the local Upper Hunter community helping make this happen with fundraising efforts raising the majority of funds required to support this work.
