Although there were many changes to our normal Friday school physical activitieswe were able to offer students a variety of sports considered COVID safe”. Hand and surface sprays played an important role at change-overs.

Students participated in four different activities with their care class during their normal sports time. They included sofcrosse, badminton, soccer, tennis, mini tennis, continuous cricket, spikeball, speedminton and four-post volleyball.

Many teachers carried out research to ensure they knew the games they were assigned to coach. All went well and the students enjoyed the sunshine, getting out and being active. The teachers learnt some new skills along the way too.
