St Joseph’s Denman does it again at the Beef Bonanza

Twenty-five members from the Cattle Show Team at St Joseph’s Primary School, Denman recently competed at the annual Upper Hunter Beef Bonanza in Scone – the largest steer challenge competition in Australia.

St Joseph’s joined over 880 students from across NSW at the Bonanza to participate in a range of competitions.

The team achieved outstanding results across the weekend’s events.

All members of the Cattle Show Team is to be congratulated for their outstanding efforts over the weekend.

The students were excellent ambassadors for their school – being well behaved and showing respect for all – and especially to the animals. It was great to see other breeders and schools congratulating our school on our successes and on the great attitude of all our students.
