Robyn attended the conference (which was joined by the Family & Relationship Services Australia Conference) and collected her award. The award recognised Robyn's dedication to marriage preparation and education which she provides on behalf of CatholicCare Social Services Hunter-Manning and the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle's Office of Life and Faith.

Robyn has also been nominated for membership to the Marriage & Relationship Education Association (MAREAA) National Executive Board. MAREAA works closely with the government on funding and professional development for preventative and marriage & relationship education issues, as well as sourcing government funding for National Conferences for Marriage & Relationship Education Conference.
