I have been blest to journey through Holy Week at our Sacred Heart Cathedral – with the Chrism Mass, the Mass of the Lord’s Supper, the Passion of the Lord, the Easter Vigil and finally Easter Sunday Mass of the Resurrection. This blessing also comes with being part of the choir, and so over the week, my head has been filled with music and the words of the beautiful hymns that were chosen.
TUESDAYS WITH TERESA: Our Journey to Holy Week
I am conscious that on this Palm Sunday we begin our pilgrimage of Holy Week with each other, and with Jesus, who enters triumphantly into Jerusalem, celebrates the Passover, faces his arrest, crucifixion, and death and then completes the final act of his triumphal resurrection.
