The Diocesan Social Justice Council officially launched the Social Justice Statement for 2016-2017, A place at the table: social justice in an ageing society, in the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle on Sunday 25 September. Visitors enjoyed participating in workshops and browsing social justice market stalls, followed by Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Hamilton. View a gallery below.

Of course, the sooner awareness grows and attitudes change, the better!
