Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle Year in Review 2015

The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle has published a Year in Review 2015.

The document covers the liturgical year (Dec 2014 – Nov 2015) and features stories, information, images and quotes from a wide cross-section of the Catholic community in our region. Parishes, schools, parishioners, teachers, clergy, CatholicCare Social Services, religious congregations and various diocesan ministries are featured in the Year in Review, which relates the way people within the Church are being the face, hands and heart of Jesus in our community.

There are reports from Bishop Bill and his Executive Team, information about the various ministries of the diocese and programs offered by CatholicCare Social Services, a snapshot of the diocese with some interesting statistics and photo highlights, along with numerous stories of the people and groups within our community making a meaningful difference to the lives of many. The document also features financial information and links to all the communication channels of the diocese.

Delve into the interfaith bonds that were strengthened this year, the way our young people are engaging with their faith and the incredible work of our chaplains.
