Road Safety in the Raw

Year 11 students at St Francis Xavier’s College, Hamilton were recently given a ‘Road Safety in the Raw’ presentation by local road safety campaigner and founder of @RoadWhyz, Michelle Davis.

The students heard from local police and ambulance officers as part of the presentation but were particularly touched by the personal story of Michelle, whose two sons tragically lost their lives in a car accident at Morpeth 10 years ago.

Michelle asked the students ‘what would your mum feel if you didn’t come home?’
