On Tuesday 10 March, the annual Catholic Schools Week Mass was held at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Hamilton. The Mass, celebrated by Bishop Bill Wright, highlighted the theme of Catholic Schools Week 2015 which is "Educating for Today and Tomorrow".

The audience of student representatives, teachers, families and friends, Catholic Schools Office staff, religious and invited guests were treated to a number of highlights including a moving, multimedia Welcome To Country, a dramatic interpretation of the Gospel by the ASPIRE Junior Drama ensemble and also the presentation of the 2015 Bishop's Awards. These awards were given to a number of secondary students in recognition of their service to parish communities, Church agencies and local charities.

The Mass also featured a rousing rendition of the hymn "We Will Draw Water", performed by members of the ASPIRE choir and students from St Catherine's Catholic College, Singleton. You can watch a video of this performance below and browse a gallery of images.
